1 mile down...154 to go

So I'm doing this mileage clubat the gym, basically by March 19th, I ahve to have ran/lifted/worked out for 155 miles and then i answer some question, and then hopefully I win another 3 month membership.

So i had a good weight loss of 7 pounds my first week, adn this week i had a little loss of 1.5. Supposidevly it is normal to loose between 1.5-2 pounds weekly. Lets hope next week I am on the higher end of this though.




So thats how I've been truckin along...slowly and surely
I will defiently have reached my goal by April 4th or else. Hopefully the hotel we are in at Disney has a gym, then I can get up and at least go run a few miles, and down there i know for a fact I will not be spending money on food and if I want a treat, it will be something like a popcicle or frozen yogurt.

I hop I keep going smoothly. These next few weeks will be crucial weight loss. I really want to get down to my goal of 150 POUNDS!!!!!!

Food today:
Breakfast: Cereal, Banana, Coffee
Lunch: sandwich w/ chiken strips,lettuce, and mustard
2 cups of Jello, carrots
Dinner: SourKraut,mashed potatoes,apple sauce
Dessert:Banana Jello

( the jello is only 10 cals a piece! and a whole jar of sourkraut i mean huge is like 105!)

Workout:
volleyball
Weight training
2 miles on tredmill ( yesterday I did 2.5!!)

I totally might be doing personal training once a week...lets hope
